Victoria Road is a double-storey extension to a single-storey weatherboard home in Northcote. The design maintains a light and cohesive material palette, drawing from the existing home to ensure a seamless continuation rather than contrast.

The project respects the character of the original house while introducing new spatial clarity and functionality. Now moving into early construction, the design works to quietly embed itself into its context — calm, familiar, and considered.
